College Fantasy Football Week 10 Rankings

QB Analysis
Prescott didn’t look his best against Kentucky, but still put up 33.6 Fantasy points. He gets a great matchup against a weak Arkansas defense….Knighten has three straight games of at least 38 Fantasy points and should keep that roll alive when he faces Idaho’s bottom-feeding D….Air Halliday takes on a USC team that shouldn’t slow him down too much. Even after a slow start against Arizona, he still put up 36.95 Fantasy points….Speaking of Arizona, Solomon is a must-start, as his dual-threat skills has made him one of the top freshman performers in the nation….Boykin has been lights out recently while putting himself in the thick of Heisman talk. He’s been good for at least 28 Fantasy points in all but one game thus far…You’ll still start Mariota, but keep the numbers in perspective, as Stanford has been the bane of his collegiate existence….Fajardo is in the midst of a four-week run that’s seen him account for at least 261 total yards and at least three touchdowns in each game…Barrett came down to earth a bit last week, but watch those numbers climb back up against hapless Illinois…Doughty comes off a five-TD performance last week and should be capable of solid numbers in what should be a shootout against Louisiana Tech….Kessler cracks the top 10 because he faces a Washington State defense that makes QBs into Fantasy beasts.

RB Analysis
Abdullah. Purdue defense. What else do you need to know…With 15 touchdowns the last five weeks, Gordon is a lock for at least 30 points each time out. Say a prayer for Rutgers’ defense, which must try to stop Gordon’s sprint for Heisman consideration….Breida may not be known by most college football fans, but Fantasy players are very aware of how devastatingly productive he’s been this season…Franklin leads the nation with 19 rushing touchdowns and will still be a must-start even though Western Michigan has begun to rely on its passing game more….Allen has become a breakout performer who’s more valuable in PPR formats, as Cody Kessler loves to run screens with him….Pumphrey had 9.4 Fantasy points in a loss to Air Force; in the two weeks since, he’s punished foes to the tune of 62 total Fantasy points. Looks for that stretch to continue…It’s time to put Robinson into the upper crust of Fantasy backs. Prescott has been the headliner, but Robinson’s been a very productive sidekick…Most years, starting an Indiana back against the Michigan defense would be a fool’s errant, but these aren’t your father’s Wolverines, so plug in Coleman and watch him push Brady Hoke one step closer to a studio show gig…Davis has made his owners forget his slow start with 88 Fantasy points over the last three games…Lasco has quietly become a good all-purpose back for a Cal team that can put up points. He’s a nice play against an Oregon State team looking to play out the string.

WR Analysis
If Higgins was on a more high-profile program, he’d be the subject of Heisman talk, as he’s put up at least 143 receiving yards in six of his last seven games (he had 98 yards in the other). He’s clearly the best Fantasy wideout available…As prolific as Higgins has been, White isn’t too far behind. Don’t take too much stock into his 3-27-1 line from last week. He’ll return to his elite numbers against TCU…Shepard has become a pretty reliable player over the last month, with his 15-198-1 outing two weeks ago the capstone of a very solid season….Lucas is fifth in the nation in receptions and 11th in yards, while his eight touchdowns ties him for seventh. He’s a breakout star prepped for a strong finish….Halliday has his choices at wideout, yet Mayle looks like he’s separating himself from the crowd….Davis comes off a season-best 35.45 Fantasy points, but has been the mark of consistency all season, having scored in double digits in each game…Don’t look now, but Hardy is warming up, with 32-420-4 in his last three games….Agholor should have a field day against Washington State, especially if USC moves him around in a variety of ways….In what should be a shootout against UCLA, look for Jones to rack up some pretty good numbers…Harden has come out of nowhere the last two weeks with 21-328-6. Georgia State has been a very surprising Fantasy team, more so considering its a first-year FBS program.

TE Analysis
Smith leads all TEs with receptions and remains the go-to man for FIU…Ruiz has been a constant must-start all season and is very involved in G-State’s uptempo offense…Iowa State will throw often against Oklahoma, which makes Bibbs a sound play….Idaho has struggled much of the season, but don’t blame Podrabsky, who’s been a sure-handed target….Miller still is a factor in Texas State’s offense even though the Bobcats have reverted more to the ground game…Duzey isn’t much on impressive yards per catch numbers, but he’s comfortable in PPR formats…Gibson is more involved in Nevada’s offense and is a well-targeted threat.
